After you get in touch and have decided you want to use Cupcakes we will send you a booking form.
Trial
You would typically need to book your trial a month before your wedding. Where would you like the trial to take place? This will have been confirmed in your booking form. If we come to you we will arrive at the time you specify.
Complete with all our kit we will be ready to start your Cupcake experience! It is always good if the bride is prepared with lots of ideas and pictures. When we arrive we will have a chat about what you have in mind i.e styles, colours etc.
If you are going to wear a tiara, veil, flowers or clips its lovely if these are available ready to try however do not panic if not.
Trials will generally take between an 1hr - 1hr 30mins with hair and make up.
During the trial we will be calculating the ideal time for us to arrive on the day enabling a stress free zone with no panic or rushing.
Payment for the trial is expected at the end aswell as a 50% deposit for the wedding day. This will secure your date and booking with us.
Wedding Day
We will arrive with our boxes of goodies at your confirmed location from the booking form wherever you wish to get ready on your special day.
We normally like to get the bride straight into make up but this is just a suggestion.
We will have a re-cap of the trial to make sure you were happy with your final look and if there were any changes.
We are here to help and have often been pulled in to doing up dresses, pouring champagne and calming down the bride. If we are able to help we always will!
Once you and your party are happy we will tidy up, complete last minute finishing touches and all we need is your remaining 50% payment before we go and leave you to enjoy the rest of your special day.
